I’m warning fellow shoppers about an eBay seller called Device Deal Depot, especially if you’re hunting for affordable NVME SSDs. While the seller has a 95% positive feedback rating based on 82 reviews, I found the listing for a 512GB NVME SSD priced at just $25 to be misleading. The title heavily features the word “Samsung,” which catches the eye, but the actual drive you receive could be a different brand like Kioxia. When I asked the seller how likely it was to get a Samsung drive, they gave me a vague answer and admitted that it might be zero. I think sellers should be upfront about what they’re offering to build trust. That said, the deal is still tempting enough that I might grab one for future content creation. Just make sure you know what you’re really getting before you click “Buy.”
