Are The Eagles For Real? (Eagles #1 in Week 5 NFL Power Rankings)

After the conclusion of the MNF matchup between the 49ers and the Rams. the plethora of NFL Power Rankings came out for week 5. The overwhelming favorites in these week five NFL power rankings lists or the Philadelphia eagles. Are the Philadelphia eagles legit this year? I’m sure many of you Eagles fans are hoping so.

Who would win between the Eagles and the bills right now? Do you think the Philadelphia eagles are better than the Buffalo Bills?

I think the weakest link is also the most dynamic player on the Philadelphia eagles roster, which is their starting quarterback Jalen hurts. Surrounding their exciting and athletic quarterback is a Roster that seems well balanced and is for the most part healthy which should have NFL fans seeing a consistently good, if not dominant, Eagles squad taking the field each week.

Jaime Hurts’ week 4 performance went something like this:

Jalen Hurts was late throwing a crossing route early in the first quarter. The mistake contributed to a 14-0 first-quarter hole in the pouring rain at home. Miles Sanders rushed for a career-high 134 yards and two touchdowns. Haason Reddick recorded two sacks, two forced fumbles and two fumble recoveries in the Eagles’ 29-21 comeback win over Jacksonville. The Eagles look like a team that’s built to last after withstanding a slow start from Hurts.
