This is a phishing email with the intention of getting you to click on their bogus link then entering in your youtube / google account login username and password credentials.

Mark this email as spam and NEVER click on the link or reply. This kind of an email is a scam and should be considered dangerous spam. Apply this type of defense with other emails like this that may appear to come from your bank, lender, irs, etc.
