This is documentation of a highly stressful event when a customer was given many chances to honor his contract for a vehicle which was financed, in-house, via a rent-to-own program. After failing to maintain proper (any) insurance on the vehicle, lying to me then breaking lines of communication, it was time to send the repo man.
