Just looking at the numbers, you would think the Great Value kitchen trash bags from Walmart would be the superior product. The key number should be that thickness number. The Great Value kitchen bags are 50% thicker than the Value kitchen bags. In reality, that increased thickness has no factor in normal, everyday use of a trash bag. The extra thickness of the Great Value trash bags is nice, but to me it’s completely unnecessary.
Some people may like the drawstring feature in the Great Value trash bags, but I prefer the handle tie. Both methods are fast and do an excellent job of securing your rubbish.
