I’ve been staying in a rural mountain town lately. There’s a tiny post office 20 minutes away in #ScalyMountain

I had to stop and appreciate how nice things are when you aren’t surrounded by “people” who don’t belong in civilized society. And you may only think the #USPS is full of rude and incompetent employees because they have to hire from their environment. In a different environment, they’re pleasant and helpful.

#RuralLife really is something else. I never want to live in an urban environment again. Sadly, I’m only here for a set amount of time but I’m going to work towards being able to live in an area like this. There’s virtual no trash, crime, or noise. It’s wonderful.
