Coming from IOS, the built-in voice memo recorder on my iPhone and iPad always did the job really well. My stuff Motorola Android phone did not have a built-in voice recorder app so I had to find one. after lots of trial and error, downloading all kinds of different apps, I finally found what I believe is the best free voice memo app for Android.
