πŸ• Extra Most Bestest Review – Little Caesars Adds a Name to a Toppings Upgrade

As a man who enjoys a cheap pizza, Little Caesers is my go-to pizza joint to pick up a cheap and tasty pizza. Recently, I found a coupon code that gave me the opportunity to try out the Little Caesers Extra Most Bestest Pizza.
Best Pizza Maker (Amazon):

What is an Extra Most Bestest pizza?
Basically, the Extra Most Bestest is a clever way for Little Caesers to put a fun name on what is essentially a toppings upgrade. The same as you would get a $5 Hot & Ready Pepperoni Pizza for $5, then add extra pepperonis, is exactly what you’re getting here.

Is the Extra Most Bestest Pizza a good deal?
If you like to have extra pepperoni on your pizza, sure it’s a good deal because it’s the same price as a pizza with extra pepperoni would cost normally. Only this way, when you call it the Extra Most Bestest, you’re unknowingly giving praise to the company you’re patronizing.

What’s the difference between Little Caesers regular pepperoni pizza and their extra most bestest?
The claim is that the Extra Most Bestest has 80% more pepperoni and 25% more cheese. Since I ordered a regular pizza with pepperoni and an extra most bestest pizza, I was able to compare the two.

While I did have an extra topping on my regular pepperoni, the addition of bacon should not change the amount of cheese on a $5 hot & ready not the amount of pepperoni. The Regular Pizza (with bacon) had approximately 27 pepperonis and an adequate amount of cheese. On the Extra Most Bestest pizza, I counted approximately 43 pepperonis. That’s a difference of 16 more pepperonis on the Extra Most Pepperoni. 16 is only 59.26% more than 27 so I feel like I was shorted by Little Caeser’s. The Extra Most Bestest pizza had objectively more cheese on it, but I wouldn’t estimate it to be 25% more cheese than the regular pizza. I would say it was like 10% more cheese.

The numbers not matching what’s advertised is to be expected. These are usually franchise locations with owners struggling to make a profit. Though a dishonest business practice, I think most rational people would expect or even understand a franchise cutting corners they hope go unnoticed. Did you know Little Caesers franchises make roughly $0.90 on each $5.00 Hot & Ready? So yeah, the Little Caesers franchises probably skimp where they can.

Youtube Channel “Franchise City” had an interesting video covering the struggles of their franchises. You can watch that video here: www.youtube.com/watch?v=NbkYew4rgdI

The commercial in the background is a good one. It’s the Little Caesers #1 Dad commercial where a father disappoints his child by overpaying for a sub-par pizza.

In summary, I would recommend the Extra Most Bestest pizza over the traditional $5 Hot & Ready Pepperoni pizza ONLY if your local franchise actually delivers on the promise of 80% more pepperoni and 25% more cheese.
