I think you know where this is going. This woman is 32 years old.

Jennifer Arlene Gibson was in Gulfport, Mississippi stealing packages from people’s houses. She was caught pretty quickly, got arrested, got hemmed up on an outstanding felony warrant. She’s a porch pirate and worse.

So hopefully she learns her lesson. But I’ve got to know what is the deal here with their face? What makes your face look like that?
I’ve never seen anything like this before. We can assume drug habits, things like that just because I mean, the face is worn.
This is a hard life for somebody and to put that doesn’t excuse the actions and you’re going to steal people’s packages, especially right before Christmas. You have to go on their property to do this. And that’s a violation, folks.

But what is going on with her face is what I’ve got to know. All those dots. That’s not freckles. Does she just take a tattoo needle and just give it a poke now and then? We’re just giving it a little poke. I don’t know. Very strange, but this happened in Gulfport, Mississippi. And they were able to locate her vehicle.

They give some tips here on how to safely receive your packages, and it’s just sad because no matter what kind of neighborhood you live in, it doesn’t seem like anyone. Is exempt from these porch pirates stealing your stuff right off of your well, off of your porch.
