Mouse Not Working On Some Parts of Mouse Pad. (Fixed!)

Let me show you how you can fix a mouse that’s becoming unresponsive or unreliable on certain parts of your mouse pad. This was a pretty simple fix for me, and should help you as well. #Mouse #MouseNotWorking #MouseNotTracking

If your mouse is skipping around, jumping all over, and generally being unresponsive when you’re using it on specific spots of your mouse pad, but it works perfectly when you place your computer mouse on something else, you’ll want to pay attention to this video.

When you watch the video, you’ll find out that my mouse is performing poorly on certain spots of my mouse pad. You’ll also learn my mouse pad is old and has been used a lot. I figured out a quick and easy way to fix it, so my mouse was working properly again and still on the same mouse pad.

Throughout this video, I explain why a mouse may stop responding properly on parts of a mouse pad. You’ll learn different factors that can cause this problem, such as a dirty or worn mousepad, a surface with too much friction, or a faulty mouse sensor. I’ll show how to clean the mouse pad and test if that fixes the problem. If cleaning the mouse pad does not fix the problem, I show viewers how to turn the mouse pad around, so the mouse is tracking on a previously unused portion of the mouse pad. Finally, I explain why this solution works and provide any additional tips that viewers may find helpful.
