The remote isn’t working on this 2008 Lincoln Town Car. Mid 2000’s – Mid 2010 Ford, Lincoln and Mercury vehicles all had this same key fob for keyless entry. It’s pretty easy to open the remote to change the battery and I show you how to do that in this video. Once you pop in a fresh battery, likely a cr2032, you can snap your remote closed then resume unlocking and locking your doors with your remote as well as other features like pop the trunk open and possibly remote start your car.
