This is one of my all-time favorite fun food recipes. I used to make these Cheese-Stuffed-Pickles when I was a kid, and I still enjoy them as an adult. All you need is a fruit or vegetable corer and some cheese!

In this video, I used a can of Easy Cheese, but you can stuff your hollowed-out pickles with softer cheese crumbles like feta and bleu cheese. With some extra effort, you can cram in pasteurized American cheese slices.
