Delphi MyFi XM Radio Video Review
This is a review of the Delphi MyFi Portable XM Radio Unit. This thing can be taken on the go, setup for listening at home, and can be brought along in a vehicle to listen to XM Radio. When listening on the go, it’s necessary to use special headphones which has a built in antenna. Otherwise, this XM Radio will not receive a signal. There’s a built in flash drive which can store about 3 hours of audio. Programming a time and date for when you want your delphi to start recording is also an option as long as the Delphi MyFi is powered and receiving the XM signal at the time it is programmed to start recording. There is also a battery in this unit. In my own usage, I’ve found that I usually get between 2 and 3 hours of use out of the Delphi MyFi before the batteries die.
For more information on this early generation XM unit, please refer to the video review below. While watching the video review of this Delphi MyFi, you’re going to learn a great deal ow knowledge about the this unit. When the video review is over, you should feel like you actually own one of these because you’re going to know all the features and how-to’s both inside and out.
FREE XM RADIO INFORMATION AND HELP:
Do you like to listen to music, talk radio, sports talk, comedy, news and weather but can no longer stand listening to anything delivered, for free, over the airwaves via FM or AM? Are you so rebellious and independent that if your M doesn’t have an X in front of it, you’re just not going to listen to it? Well, my friend, XM radio is here and you’re probably going to love it. It’s super easy to listen to. All you need to do is go to a store that sells electronics and buy a radio that’s capable of picking up the XM satellite signal. Alternatively, you can order an xm radio online and have it delivered to your home or office. Next, you need to activate your XM Radio. This doesn’t get much easier. You just need some special numbers from the back of your unit, a credit card or debit card, and patience when talking to xm customer service with their heavy, foreign accents.
Wait, there’s more. You’re still not listening to XM Radio yet. You need to setup your unit. You’ll need some type of home hit which consists of a base with a cradle for your xm radio that will play the sound through speakers, an a/c outlet to plug in this unit, and access to a window so you can hookup your antenna and point it out that window. If you only have access to one window, I hope it’s facing the right direction. Depending on your geographic location, your antenna will need to face a certain way to be able to pick up the XM satellite signal. You may need to turn your home or office completely around in order to get the XM signal. Wanna get really crazy with where you can listen to your xm radio? What about hooking up your xm unit in the shower?
What’s That? You want to listen to XM Radio while in your car? We’ll talk about how to listen to XM Radio in your car in an upcoming review of an Audiovox Xpress XM Radio Unit.
