<description>Disposing of a human body yourself is perfectly legal most places, you simply need to get a certificate of death from a coroner or medical examiner, and permission for burial from local government if its not in a cemetery. There are of course limitations based on zoning - obviously if you have to get permission to put up a fence or widen a driveway you&#039;re going to need special permission to put a dead body in your backyard, which probably won&#039;t be allowed in a residential neighborhood.

As you might imagine cremation is more difficult to arrange. Some towns require a permit to burn leaves, so torching grandma on a pyre must either be done super fast so as not to get caught, or at another permissible location, ie crematorium, properly equipped funeral home, or Nordic style on a wooden boat pushed out to sea (which also should be done rather quickly). check out http://www.comfortdying.com/funerals__cremation__alternatives__and_memorial_services_64766.htm/do_it_yourself_funeral.htm

check your facts man. remember, few things in the world are assumable, so don&#039;t fall into the trap or you make an ass out of you and Mable... and seriously, what did Mable ever do to you?</description>
