If you’re a person who is interested in financing a home via rent to own, you’re going to feel like you’ve hit the listings jackpot when you visit iRentToOwn.com. Owner financing of a property is a great alternative to traditional lenders.

Using the site is easy. You simply enter in the location you’re interested in finding a rent to own home in, put in how much you’re willing to spend, then let the site to its magic. For my own demo of the site, I did a search for Omaha Rent To Own Homes. In a price range of $100,000 – $160,000, I was able to find 900+ rent to own homes. That’s many more than you’ll find in a local newspaper or on many competing property listings websites.
