I take it at least 3 times a week mostly on those days when I do Spinning (high intensive cycling at the gym) and my regular workout. I take a full bottle about 30 mnts. before the Gym and do my regular 1 hour workout, then my 1 hour Spinning class and sometimes do a few other sets after the class. Then I go home and it does give me great stamina and libido because it does gives me great sex energy and stay up past midnight. So it does give me great sex drive, I love it ! On the other hand it does keep me up late at night because I normally take it right after work around 5 PM and horny when I don't have sex because my girlfriend is not around.
