Ye-Haw! That’s right people, I’m throwing out a ext review on here about a rodeo! Sure, you might think somebody as gangsta as me wouldn’t know a think about a “country” event like this rodeo, but little did you know I already scored some Houston Rodeo Tickets.

So, what’s this rodeo in Houston, TX all about? Well, if you’re picturing some backwoods rednecks drinking Natural Light and spitting chew (chewing tobacco) everywhere then slow dancing with their sisters, you’d be very, very wrong. The Houston Rodeo, especially the 2010 event, is huge! Sure, there are rodeo events featuring some rugged cowboys that might turn your wife on and whatnot in the beginning of each day (yeah, this festival is 21 days long!!), bu each night there’s a top-notch concert featuring some of the biggest names in country, pop and r&b.

Total attendance for this event will be around million attendees. WOW! If you show up on March 16th, which is called GO TEXAN DAY, you better be wearing some of your finest cowboy or cowgirl duds because this is a day when “everyone” dresses to impress in their flashiest outfits. A new tradition is GO TEJANO DAY which is on march 14th. This day is supposed to be a celebration of Houston’s rich Hispanic heritage.

2010 Homebuyer Tax Credits Review

It’s tax season again. Doesn’t it seem like we just went through this like, yesterday? While you’re busy trying to gather all those receipts, review your books, and ask your accountant if all those “business” meetings at the titty-bar are write-offs, I thought I would possible fill you in on a big-time tax credit you may be eligible for in 2010. This is a big-time Real Estate Stimulus.

There’s a home buyer tax credit that could amount to a lot of money coming back to you from Uncle Sam. I’ll tell you off-the-bat, this tax credit is getting two thumbs up from the Silly Review crew. Keep reading for some important info and a video explaining it all.

This tax credit has been around and has been extended and expanded.

If you’re a first-time home buyer, you can get an $8,000 tax credit in 2010. There are some limits, though, which include no refund or credit if you’re a single person who makes more than $125,000 annually or a family bringing in over $225,000.

As for the expansion on this tax credit, the credit can now apply to those who wish to “move-on” after 5 years. The amounts of credit differ between first-time home buyers and those “moving on”.

I was asked, recently, to review an internet marketing company’s website and services. The site is OrangeSoda.com and they specialize in small business internet marketing. When I first got this opportunity, I was hoping I would be taste-testing orange soda. Sure, I was a little disappointed that I wouldn’t be chugging down fizzy sugar drinks, but since I know a good bit about the internet marketing game, this shouldn’t be a chore at all. Let’s address first impressions.

What a modern, cool looking website. I’m quite impressed with the design. The site’s design makes me feel like these folks are in touch with modern design and could definitely give good advice on how to make an attractive, warm site that will draw customers in. I also notice in my Google Toolbar that this site’s homepage has a Google Pagerank of 5. Not bad. Not bad at all.

Since this site is offering premium SEO services, they’re going to be advising customers on what they should do to make their site(s) more customer friendly for higher sales conversions, as well as optimizing the coding of the site to achieve high search term rankings on popular search engines. The first place a potential customer should look to judge this company’s work is their own site.

After review, I would recommend this company to anyone who needs help optimizing their site(s) for search engine placement and increasing sales ratios. You only need to look at the next few bullet points, about their own site, to know why:

Seiko Diamond Watch Review

It’s been a long time since I’ve been able to afford anything in the jewelry department that had any rare materials involved in it’s manufacturing. That being said, 2010 is supposed to be my year to get a lot of things right in my life. Along with resolving a troubled relationship, I’d like to increase my income substantially. To do so, I’m going to have to make some more money. A lot more money.

When I start making more money, I can buy a few things that I think will benefit me in my confidence for work. It is true, when you look good, you feel good. This “good feeling” could also be called confidence. I could use this confidence to help me make more money. By feeling confident, I can approach potential clients with a certain “air” about myself, and my products, which can lead to more sales. By making more sales, I can make more money. If I have more money, I can use that to make even more money!

I’ve been eying a few watches that I really thing will give my wardrobe (remember: wardrobe = confidence) a boost. In particular, I’ve really had my eye on this seiko diamond watch. It’s affordable, classy, and really stands out.
