I can’t connect to the Apple App Store or Apple iTunes Store. The App Store says, “Cannot connect to App Store” and the iTunes Store says, “Cannot Connect to iTunes Store.” If you’re also seeing these errors, please don’t panic. I spent a long time searching Google for how to fix the problem with connecting to the App Store and iTunes store on my iPhone and iPad before I realized that both are down and there’s nothing I can do about it. The App Store and iTunes Store are down for everyone. Both the App Store and the iTunes store have been down for at least 2 hours at the time of this post. Don’t waste time (like I did) trying to fix the problem yourself. You cannot fix this. I tried restarting my iPhone. That didn’t work. I tried logging out and logging in with my Apple ID. That did not work. I tried putting my iPhone into airplane mode for a minute then turning off Airplane mode. That did not work. There is no fix for this because the problem is on Apple’s side. We will just have to be patient.
Avoid damaging your Apple Device’s setting by trying to fix the problem yourself. Nothing will work because the App Store and iTunes Store are both down and it’s Apple’s fault. The Apple App Store is down for everyone. The iTunes store is down for everyone. We will just have to be patient and wait for the App store to come back up and the iTunes store to come back up.
