If you are sick of your iced tea lying to you, you may want to try a glass of Honest Tea by Honest Beverages. Honest tea takes the tree hugging, organic, non-sinner approach to market, bottling, and selling their iced tea.
I spent nearly half an hour skimming through the Honest Beverages website. There’s a wealth of information you can learn about this company and their products. From the complete product lineup to the history of the company, to distributer information, Honest Beverages really seems to have their act together. There are so many little product and company websites I visit before I do these reviews which offer up nothing more than a few product images and a contact email. Honest Beverages really impresses me.
Now, let’s talk about my Honest Tea Experience. I bought a bottle of “Community Green Tea” from Winn-Dixie out here in New Orleans, Louisiana. I was thirsty and I like iced tea. Naturally, all that needed to happen for me to buy a bottle of this stuff was for it to be the closest refrigerated iced tea to my current location which was the produce section of the grocery store. There were a few flavors and varieties of Honest Tea available the the supermarket. I made my decision based on grams of sugar per serving. “Community Green Tea” came in as the lowest in sugar at 5g/serving.
Is Honest Tea good? Does Honest Tea taste good?
My bottle of “Community Green Tea” tasted pretty good. It could have been sweeter but then that would have increased the amount of sugar in it. This variety of Honest Tea had no artificial sweetners.

There are many varieties of Honest Tea which are served up in 16 ounce glass bottles. I wish I could find an honest tea coupon somewhere so I could try more of these but at $1.99 a pop at the grocery store, I will have to take my time with these. Some of the honest tea flavor varieties include:
