BSN Endorush Review with video
Bio-Engineered Supplements and Nutrition or BSN has a fresh new addition to your local supplement store and smoothie shop cooler. The stuff is called Endorush.
It’s a 16 oz. rtd, fruity flavored drink with the main ingredient to get you going being NOX or Nitric Oxide. There are all kinds of other stuff in here like vitamins, minerals, and ingredients I can’t even pronounce, but what’s most important to fitness junkies and bodybuilders looking for a lift before their workout is to know that this falls under the Nitric Oxide family of preworkout drinks and not the caffeine drink category like a Diet Rockstar Energy Drink would be in or the evodiamine category like Nuspeed would be in.
I have personal experience with this sugar free preworkout energy drink. Endorush tastes good. I’ve probably had about 10 of these. I pay $4.99 for each one at the smoothie shop below my gym. The bottle is fancy looking and BSN does some pretty crazy marketing. I think both of the previously mentioned characteristics of this drink and the company who makes the drink factor into why it’s $5.00 a bottle. I did find a better deal on Endorush here.
Overall, I like the way this product makes me feel. It gives me that “pump” that nitric oxide containing drinks and powders are supposed to give you. After drinking one of these, I feel tight (a good tight) and energetic. I especially like to drink an Endorush on my Monday workout, chest and triceps. Also, when very cold, Endorush is very refreshing. I drank one after getting out of the tanning bed on a day when I wasn’t even working out just because it tastes so good.
Check out the label:
- “Energize Your Core”
- “Performance*”
- “Endurance*”
- “Mental Focus*”
- “Energy”
- “DRINK COLD! For the best taste, use by date on package”
- CAUTION! Read entire label before consuming
Doesn’t all of that alone make you think you’re getting into some serious shit when you twist open a bottle of this stuff.
BSN has some heavy hitters signed under contract for their marketing. A few names include
Monica Brant – An internationational figure icon
Ronnie Coleman – 8-time Mr. Olympia
Antony Galvan – U.S. Masters National Champ
There’s also a Girls Of BSN section with some really hot fitness and bikini models in pictures.
I’ve never been let down by a bsn product. I’ve tried several and they all work as described. If anything, with all the hype and fancy marketing put into selling this stuff, you’ll at least get a placebo effect which is worth the money right there. If you feel stronger, more awake, faster, and happier, your performance during cardio, weightlifting, etc. will definitely improve.
In the video review below, I do a special exercise called “rum curls”. Take note of my form as I work my biceps. Can my lifting output increase after downing some Endorush? Watch and find out.
